Word for Body of Christ and for America—January 9, 2021
I am not finished yet. I have not handed over My rod of justice to those who demand it, nor will I ever! No one knows true justice like I do! No one knows truth like I do, for it is Who I am!
Many have given up and lost hope. They have handed over their call to govern and occupy until My coming due to intimidation from the enemy outside their camp. They have quit advancing and ceased taking action for fear of what might cost them. They have relented building My Kingdom and My plans because of the threats against them and the demands of their own to close their mouth, lay down their weapon, and bow their head in defeat.
As much as it grieves Me, I am thinning out Gideon’s camp. I am weeding out all who would seek honor to their own name and the praise of men to their own accord. I am rooting out all who are motivated by and have given themselves over to the spirit of fear and pride. There is no room in My army of end-time Burning Ones for these.
I am cleansing the ranks and establishing those with faces like flint who will not break rank or deviate from their appointed position and assigned task. They will not relent in advancing, nor hunker down in fear and defeat; they know that I have never lost a battle. They shall scale mountain peaks and walls ransacking the enemy’s camp as I send forth My Spirit and angel armies ahead of them. Everything stolen shall be recovered as they plunder the enemy’s camp.
Surely, nothing shall remain untouched by these as they carry within them My righteousness, justice, and fire! Like a wildfire they shall advance until they have established My Kingdom in the furthest reaches of the earth! All that is against Me will be burned up in My cleansing fire and abundant life shall spring forth from the ashes.
The day of the Lord shall be a great and fearful day for those who have set themselves against Me. Likewise, it shall be like refreshing waters and streams in the wilderness to those searching for life as they wait in the valley of decision. They shall find all they search for in this place as they see My Burning Ones charging forth upon the horizon of the dawn. A great and mighty harvest shall spring up from the ground and these war horses shall sweep up with them, those who reach forth and take hold of My name as a banner over them.
Oh, what a sight to behold when the day of the Lord shines upon you!
<<PURGING GIDEON’S ARMY>>
God is weeding out Gideon’s army and sending home those not fit for the fight! Only those who have not given themselves over to, or with the potential to, the spirit of fear and pride shall show themselves worthy of being a part of His end-time army of Burning Ones!!!
Judges 7:2-4, 7-8 NLT
The Lord said to Gideon, “You have too many warriors with you. If I let all of you fight the Midianites, the Israelites will boast to Me that they saved themselves by their own strength. Therefore, tell the people, “Whoever is timid or afraid may leave this mountain and go home.” So 22,000 of them went home, leaving only 10,000 who were willing to fight. But the Lord told Gideon, “There are still too many! Bring them down to the spring, and I will test them to determine who will go with you and who will not.”
The Lord told Gideon, “With these 300 men I will rescue you and give you victory over the Midianites. Send all the others home.” So Gideon collected the provisions and rams’ horns of the other warriors and sent them home. But he kept the 300 men with him. The Midianite camp was in the valley just below Gideon.
Judges 7:9-11 NLT
That night the Lord said, “Get up! Go down into the Midianite camp, for I have given you victory over them! But if you are afraid to attack, go down to the camp with your servant Purah. Listen to what the Midianites are saying, and you will be greatly encouraged. Then you will be eager to attack.” So Gideon took Purah and went down to the edge of the enemy camp.
Judges 7:19-22 NLT
It was just after midnight, after the changing of the guard, when Gideon and the 100 men with him reached the edge of the Midianite camp. Suddenly, they blew the rams’ horns and broke their clay jars. Then all three groups blew their horns and broke their jars. They held the blazing torches in their left hands and the horns in their right hands, and they all shouted, “A sword for the Lord and for Gideon!” Each man stood at his position around the camp and watched as all the Midianites rushed around in a panic, shouting as they ran to escape. When the 300 Israelites blew their rams’ horns, the Lord caused the warriors in the camp to fight against each other with their swords. Those who were not killed fled to places as far away as Beth-shittah near Zererah and to the border of Abel-meholah near Tabbath.
<<END-TIME BURNING ONES ARMY>>
Joel 2:1-11 NLT
Sound the trumpet in Jerusalem! Raise the alarm on My holy mountain! Let everyone tremble in fear because the day of the Lord is upon us. It is a day of darkness and gloom, a day of thick clouds and deep blackness. Suddenly, like dawn spreading across the mountains, a great and mighty army appears. Nothing like it has been seen before or will ever be seen again. Fire burns in front of them, and flames follow after them. Ahead of them the land lies as beautiful as the Garden of Eden. Behind them is nothing but desolation; not one thing escapes.
They look like horses; they charge forward like warhorses. Look at them as they leap along the mountaintops. Listen to the noise they make—like the rumbling of chariots, like the roar of fire sweeping across a field of stubble, or like a mighty army moving into battle.
Fear grips all the people; every face grows pale with terror. The attackers march like warriors and scale city walls like soldiers. Straight forward they march, never breaking rank. They never jostle each other; each moves in exactly the right position. They break through defenses without missing a step. They swarm over the city and run along its walls. They enter all the houses, climbing like thieves through the windows.
The earth quakes as they advance, and the heavens tremble. The sun and moon grow dark, and the stars no longer shine.
The Lord is at the head of the column. He leads them with a shout. This is His mighty army, and they follow His orders. The day of the Lord is an awesome, terrible thing. Who can possibly survive?
Joel 2:7-11 MSG
The invaders charge. They climb barricades. Nothing stops them. Each soldier does what he’s told, so disciplined, so determined. They don’t get in each other’s way. Each one knows his job and does it. Undaunted and fearless, unswerving, unstoppable. They storm the city, swarm its defenses, loot the houses, breaking down doors, smashing windows. They arrive like an earthquake, sweep through like a tornado. Sun and moon turn out their lights, stars black out. GOD Himself bellows in thunder as He commands His forces. Look at the size of that army! And the strength of those who obey Him! GOD ’s Judgment Day—great and terrible. Who can possibly survive this?
