Come Forth Mothers and Fathers!

I had a series of encounters in the spirit about a week ago.

In the first one, I was in a large multi-generational gathering of the Body of Christ. While in the midst of a crowd, a well-known pastor in my region came up along with his son and daughter-in-law who are youth pastors in the same church. They were very indifferent to me as well as a woman there that has been my spiritual mother and a seasoned prophet. This pastor rejected the words of my friend and asked her to leave. As I observed this taking place, a cry rose up within me to defy his actions and I called out to her as she was leaving to come back; to ignore and put aside what they thought, stating that she was needed here. She returned and I joined with her and we went on.

The second encounter was of a large gathering in an old church. There was a meal taking place that I was late to. At the main table there was established members in the Body of Christ that were my grandparents age. At another table were people my age; and there was a noticeable separation and indifference between the two groups. They had all eaten most of their meal and were talking amongst themselves, not really paying attention to my presence there. I realized I had not been informed that it was a potluck and had not brought anything; so I went into the kitchen to try and find some thing to put together to serve. I looked around in the cabinets and found a few packages of pudding mix and was going to whip up something with it.

In the kitchen I noticed sitting in the corner was an elderly man with a veterans cap on and he appeared to be almost asleep. An elderly woman came in and when I asked about him, she said that he is mostly blind and usually just sits there, not to pay him much attention.

I continued to make the dessert and when I looked into one of the bowls, I saw that tiny little bugs were in the mix. Checking the other bowls, I found that each one was tainted as well. About then my mother came in and asked how it was going. I said, “I can’t serve this, it’s old and there are bugs in it.” The woman in the kitchen said it was no big deal and they wouldn’t harm anything, to serve it anyway. I did not like that idea but felt pressured to do it; so I waited until she left and then discreetly poured it all down the drain intending to start over afresh.

For some reason I felt so unclean by the bugs that I got into a large wash basin to bathe and clean myself. As I was in it I realized that the man was still in the room and knew I needed a towel to cover up with. I asked my mother for one but she could not find one. The woman came back in and I asked her if she could locate one and she replied, “I’m sure there is one in here, but you will have to find it yourself.” I said, “That simply will not do.“ She exited the room. Eventually we found one and I was able to get out and put on fresh clean clothes to start anew.

Then I awoke.

As I sought the Lord about what He was speaking, I heard Him say:

“Many are they who are unwilling to go with the new flow and release of My Spirit. The draw to remain in familiarity is pressing upon those who have been in charge in varying areas in My Body; and though honor is shown to those who have gone before, many have chosen to sit and remain and as a result have lost their sight.

These are they who are called to fight and establish freedom; but now they feast on infested indulgences and call it ‘good’. They have become satisfied with mixture instead of what is pure. They have rejected the standard of purity from the next generation and settled for conformity.

Many have been called to mother and father and have been rejected by the religious establishment; but I am issuing the call through the children— come back!
Rise up mothers and fathers! Where the former generations have failed you and your generation rejected you, I never have and never will!

You are needed to feed and shepherd the next generation and to be their eyes. It is not time to leave your post!
The up-and-coming prophets, the Burning Ones need your wisdom and foresight!

It is time to show them what true parenting looks like.
They will only fear what you model for them. Teach them to fear Me and no other and they will not depart from Me. They shall soar to the highest heights, partaking of Heaven’s Harvest and feasting on salvation’S fruit! Together, you shall build My Kingdom.”

In meditating on this word, the Lord led me to the entire chapter of 1 Corinthians 4. I highly encourage you to read Paul’s letter in chapter 4 and his address to the apostles and leaders of the day. I also admonish you to go back and read 1 Corinthians 1-3 for deeper clarity and context to the health status and position the Corinthian church had found themselves in. It is a stark parallel to much of the disjointed Body we see today.

I heard Him speak verse 15, “For although you could have countless babysitters in Christ telling you what you’re doing wrong, you don’t have many fathers who correct you in love. But I’m a true father to you, for I became your father when I gave you the gospel and brought you into union with Jesus, the Anointed One.” (TPT)

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭4:1-2‬TPT‬‬
“So then you must perceive us— not as leaders of factions, but as servants of the Anointed One, those who have been entrusted with God’s mysteries. The most important quality of one entrusted with such secrets is that they are faithful and trustworthy.”

This generation of up-and-coming prophetic voices and leaders need the prior generations to not abandon or fall lax at their posts and positions! Now is not the time to throw the baby out with the bath water! Though they carry in their bosom fresh revelation, oracles, mysteries, and blueprints from the Throneroom; it is imperative that the generations who have been called to forerun have tended to their foundations and buildings effectively and continuously and not left outdated, forgotten remnants for the next generation to pick up! It is of utmost importance that each runner carry and steward the baton with unity and faithfully across the generations in order to succeed and to advance and excel through the veil into the grand beyond!

‭‭Exodus‬ ‭32:25‬ AMP‬‬
Now when Moses saw that the people were out of control—for Aaron had let them get out of control to the point of being an object of mockery among their enemies—”

‭‭Exodus‬ ‭32:35‬ AMP‬‬
“So the LORD struck the people with a plague, because of what they had done with the calf which Aaron had made [for them].”

Without the fresh wine and vision from Holy Spirit, the vision of the whole body will be greatly affected. There is a deep cry within the hearts of Burning Ones for absolute purity to the Message and Fire going forth into the earth today; and they will settle for nothing less. Gone are the days of the example Aaron set for his sons of compromise, cowering in fear and intimidation unto destruction of generations and destinies.

Burning Ones have been purified with the cleansing coals from the altar of God and have been ignited with the zealous fires of consecration that leave them unable to offer up anything less to God than absolute surrender and holiness. There is no room for strange fire here.

‭‭Leviticus‬ ‭10:1-3‬ ‭AMP
“Now Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took their respective [ceremonial] censers, put fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange (unauthorized, unacceptable) fire before the LORD, [an act] which He had not commanded them to do. And fire came out from the presence of the LORD and devoured them, and they died before the LORD. Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the LORD said: ‘I will be treated as holy by those who approach Me, And before all the people I will be honored.’ ” So Aaron, therefore, said nothing.”

I am reminded of this quote I heard years ago, “To a people without mixture, He will pour out His Spirit without measure.” You shall know each by their fruit. We cannot offer up what we do not have in our possession. Without continual intimate union with Holy Spirit, there is no power!

Exodus 24 tells us that Nadab and Abihu were invited along with their father, Aaron, and the seventy elders up the mountain to commune with the Lord and they saw Him there. Exodus 28 tells us that they were set apart as priests to the Lord, holy and consecrated to minister directly to the Lord. However, along the way in the waiting, trusting, and faithful obedience, the people became impatient and pressured Aaron to waver in his covenant and intimate union (Chapter 32). Eventually he led the Israelites into sin and idolatry through the creation of the golden calf. This sin paved the way for the sin of his children…Aaron was the first in offering up strange fire before the Lord and there were grave consequences that affected a nation as well as generational lineages.

Back to 1 Corinthians 4:15
“For although you could have countless babysitters in Christ telling you what you’re doing wrong, you don’t have many fathers who correct you in love. But I’m a true father to you, for I became your father when I gave you the gospel and brought you into union with Jesus, the Anointed One.” (TPT)

The word for “Father” means to “impart life,” “to have an ever-increasing intimate connection and relationship through ongoing sanctification.” This resembles our heavenly Father, in that each time we are receiving faith from Him and immediately obeying Him. This is a unique glorification…going from glory to glory. We become what we behold. This is how we cohesively build the Kingdom through generations.

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭4:20‬ ‭TPT‬‬
“For the kingdom realm of God comes with power, not simply impressive words.”

Isaiah 8:18 ‭TPT‬‬
“Behold—here I stand, and the children whom the Lord Yahweh has given me are for signs and wonders in Israel, sent from the Lord Almighty, Commander of Angel Armies, who is enthroned on Mount Zion!”
