Armenia—Peace Shall Be Your Portion

Last month we commissioned a friend to the nation of Armenia to aid in the refugee crisis taking place in Nagorno-Karabakh. While in prayer over the nation of Armenia on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, I heard the Lord say:

The fight over your high places and territory has always been a fight over your peace, Armenia. I found a place to land My remnant in the peace of your high peaks. In you, I found a home to place My new creation. There has been an age-old war over the peace that I have planted in your soil. Jealous, intimidating spirits of surrounding nations have sought to rob you of your peace and to steal from you that which is yours. As the waters of cleansing and judgement receded upon your peaks, a fresh peace for the earth was birthed through you. It is a peace desired by broken, ravaged nations around you. But I say to you, Armenia, where I once found peace in your midst to start anew, I will awaken peace in you again. You have been without for far too long as foreigners robbed you of it; and I will restore to you what had been taken. No longer will you see a decrease in what is rightfully yours; but you will see a sudden shift and you will see a mass return of what I have ordained for you. Your people will once again take up residence in your high places and establish peace there. The only displacement that will take place is of all foreign hands upon your land. Your people will find rest and peace will be your portion. A new Armenia will you be.

And on the 17th day of the 7th month, the ark came to rest on the highest peak in Ararat.

Genesis 8:4 TPT

The mountains will bring peace and prosperity to the people, and the hills, in [the establishment of] righteousness.

Psalm 72:3 AMP

But Zion has said, “Yahweh has forsaken me. My Lord has forgotten me—I’m all alone.” Yahweh responds, “But how could a loving mother forget her nursing child and not deeply love the one she bore? Even if a there is a mother who forgets her child, I could never, no never, forget you. Can’t you see? I have carved your name on the palms of my hands! Your walls are always my concern. Your children, your builders, are running back to you as those who ruined and destroyed you are running away. Lift up your head and look all around you. See! All your children, your builders, gather to come back to you. As surely as I live, I make this promise,” says Yahweh. “You will wear them all like jewels, as a radiant bride wears her beautiful jewelry! See? Your ruins and devastated places will soon be overcrowded with settlers while your destroyers stay far away. You thought you had lost the children, but you will hear them say, ‘This place is too cramped for me. Make more room for me to live in.’ And you will say to yourself, ‘Where in the world did all these children come from? Who birthed these for me? I thought I was bereaved and barren. I thought I was all alone, forgotten in exile—so how did they all get here?’” This is what Lord Yahweh says: “Soon I will raise my hand and signal to the nations, and they will come with your little boys bundled in their arms and your little daughters carried on their shoulders.
