A few weeks ago, the Lord had been reminding me of a word that He spoke a few years back that I had written in one of my journals and for the life of me, I could not find it in the giant stack by my end table. For context, I’m a scribe and there’s something so precious to me about putting pen to paper in the early morning hours and listening to what He shall say. Transferring these words to my phone doesn’t happen near often enough, nor is recording them there the same as the fresh manna rolling off of the tip of my pen onto the page of faith’s soil in my hands. I go through a journal about every three months, so one could only imagine what happens when I need to locate a word!
Last week our friend Charlie Shamp posted a word, “The sound of thunder you’ve been hearing in the spirit is the voice of the Father. Get ready for the Rain, it’s about to pour!” Instantly, a decree went forth from my spirit and I declared: “For I can hear the sound of the abundance of rain!”
I had been waking up every night that week at 1:11am, which is a symbol for awakening and taking possession of inheritance, transition. That night I came into agreement with that word and made that declaration, I was awoken at 12:34am by a flash of light. 1234 speaks of perfect alignment and positioning.
My spirit was fully awake and as I opened my eyes, suddenly a thunder rumbled forth from the depths as lightning crackled from what felt like the heavens. Though it lasted for but a few seconds, it felt like it reverberated for an eternity across time and space, spirit to reality; it rolled forth and struck the earth with such force that I immediately jumped. As I heard it echo across the whole city, I thought to myself, “That was hands down the LOUDEST thunder I have EVER heard in my life!!!” The very moment the thunder ceased rippling across the city, it was as if the floodgates burst open and a flood of rain began to pour down. All I could think of was 1 Kings 18.
Now Elijah said to Ahab, “Go up, eat and drink, for there is the sound of the roar of an abundance of rain.”
In a little while the sky grew dark with clouds and wind, and there were heavy showers. And Ahab mounted and rode [his chariot] and went [inland] to Jezreel. Then the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah [giving him supernatural strength]. He girded up his loins and outran Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel [nearly twenty miles].
1 Kings 18:41, 45-46 AMP
I was exorbitantly awake the rest of the night as floods of words, visions, and revelations began to ruminate in my spirit and mind. I couldn’t escape what I felt being released in the Spirit through that occurrence. It felt as if the word I had declared had manifested as did the word for Elijah in his day after a long drought.
That morning, Jeremiah said the exact same thing I thought that night, “That was the LOUDEST thunder I’ve ever heard in my life!” It was confirmation at what I had been feeling. I went searching for a word in one of my journals from a few years ago and the Lord had me stop on a page only to find the word I had been searching for a few weeks prior.
As I read the word below, He revealed to me what had taken place:
Prophetic Word for Texas—DFW—BEYOND

It is a new day! A new day has dawned and the light of Christ has come! As you advance forward into the horizon, you will see a realm of life and glory awaken to you and bring with it a thunderous applause of Heaven as Heaven invades earth in leaps and bounds. A fire has been ignited that will not and cannot be quenched.
The recognition of The Son will be seen in an insurmountable proportion as waves of glory roll across the earth. A sonic boom will be heard in the heavens as a signal of this overhead; though it will not be from the hands of man, but from the downpour of the floodgates being thrust open!
Where the ancient gates have been barred shut for a time and a half, the day of their unlocking and opening will crackle through time and space, signaling the convergence of the former and of the latter rain.
You have seen the levees at flood stage in recent months as My Bride cried out in a unified chorus for rain. You have seen the unexpected torrential downpours brought forth on the breath of the four winds as I breathe My Spirit upon a region.
What you saw was only the beginning, for My Righteous Remnant have been crying out to Me night and day; and I have heard their cries from Heaven and I am responding.
Surely, the time has come! I say to My Remnant, ‘Gird up your loins and prepare for the accelerated approach! Yes, charge forth with an awakened understanding of the time and season! Keep your lamps well oiled to sustain you in the days ahead. Enlarge your tent pegs to prepare for the flood that is quickly approaching! Be ready in season and out; for at just the proper moment a trumpet will sound in the heavens and a heralding cry of Release! will echo forth, signifying the torrential downpour.’
I say to My Church: ‘Be prepared! Be ready! Take heed of the words of My prophets and do not waste another moment on that which does not produce eternal fruit! Get up from your couches of complacency, your comforts of conformity, and your efforts of idolatry; and realize that the Lord is God! There is no fence to encamp upon; you are either all in with Me or you are not in at all!
Choose this day whom you will serve! Put off any and all unrighteous deeds and motives. Destroy all idols and rip your hearts to pieces. Come before Me in humble repentance! From this low position and deep recognition of your need for Me, the floods of forgiveness will flow! Then, and only then will you enter into the waves of war as it is waged on all of hell and washes it away in the secondary wave of souls coming forth.
Truly the Harvest is ripe, My Remnant! Thousands upon thousands await in the valley of decision; so come forth and man your stations! The time is now to complete all necessary preparations!’
Then Elijah stood in front of them and said, “How much longer will you waver, hobbling between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him! But if baal is God, then follow him!” But the people were completely silent.

“Don’t tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead.” Return to the Lord your God, for He is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.

I believe that in this season and time, God is loosing the floodgates that have been pent up. At the time that I received this word, I believe that God had spoken it over Texas and specifically over the DFW region.
However, I never felt released to share it until now. I also believe that as time has gone forward, He has redeemed the time and is loosing a Superabundant Harvest. This word has built up Kingdom equity and He has expanded the reach of this word into the earth. As you take hold of this word, you will begin to see this wave established where you are! Decree and declare on earth as it is in Heaven!!!
And if the bugler doesn’t sound a clear call, how will the soldiers know they are being called to battle? 1 Corinthians 14:8 NLT
It is time to begin to break forth, break out, and to break through into what has been decreed in Heaven! It is time to rise up and be the forerunners of Revival, agents of change in the nations, to advance and carry the banner of Revival as the Spirit of God releases the Harvest!
Take charge! Enlarge! Release the sound and call to arms that D-Day is upon us! Yes, D-Day is here!!!
Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem! Rejoice in the Lord your God! For the rain He sends demonstrates His faithfulness. Once more the autumn rains will come, as well as the rains of spring. The threshing floors will again be piled high with grain, and the presses will overflow with new wine and olive oil. The Lord says, “I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts. It was I who sent this great destroying army against you. Once again you will have all the food you want, and you will praise the Lord your God, who does these miracles for you. Never again will My people be disgraced. Then you will know that I am among My people Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and there is no other. Never again will My people be disgraced.
Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out My Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out My Spirit even on servants—men and women alike. And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth— blood and fire and columns of smoke. The sun will become dark, and the moon will turn blood red before that great and terrible day of the Lord arrives. But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved, for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape, just as the Lord has said. These will be among the survivors whom the Lord has called.”
