Recently, I had a dream that was so surreal and I believe will heavily impact not only this coming year, but years to come for the Body of Christ.
In the dream, I found myself in an enormous space craft that reminded me of a star destroyer from the Star Wars movies. I went down a hallway and turned in through a doorway into a vast room about the size of a football field with ceilings at least 50 stories high. There were about 50 rows of chairs on both sides of the room, and at the front of the room was a stage.
I sat down in a chair on one of the back rows and observed some people come streaming in and sitting along the front rows. I recognized many of them as people that I went to high school with and who were apart of the show choir. Suddenly, one of the men got up and gathered some of the people who were also in show choir with him and they went up and got on stage to perform a song and dance that they had not performed in over ten years. As the song played, they began the performance; but many of them were uncoordinated and while some were off in their timings, keys, and words, others were laughing and treating it like a joke.
I noticed to my right at the back of the room, there were floor to ceiling glass windows in an L-shape and on the outside of the glass was outer space. I got up and walked over to the glass to look outside. I saw that there was a large excavating tool being used to mine some kind of extraterrestrial soil. Curious, I wandered out into the hallway to notice another window where a woman stood that reminded me of Sigourney Weaver. She was dressed in a futuristic military space suit and she stared intently out the vast window as she operated the excavator. I walked up behind her to observe closely and it was as if she did not notice me there.
As she was mining and gathering in an enormous load, it was as if she had struck something and the ship lurched forward. I quickly ventured back into the room where the people were still carrying on a sloppy, disunified performance; when suddenly, a great shaking took place and alarms began ringing out in the ship. The performers began to trip and fall, all the while being almost oblivious to the fact that the ship was being tossed to and fro and began to tilt starboard side. Many of whom were sitting began screaming and trying to run out of the room and many lost their footing and slid down towards the glass windows revealing space on the other side.
I ran out of the room and found crewman running through the halls and a great panic set in among the people. There was an urgency to abandon ship or head to a safe zone. Others ran to the woman and tried to get her to abandon her mission but she refused. The excavator had gotten stuck on something because of the ships’ sudden movement; and she went through a door into a secure zone one step away from being outside the ship. Crewmen began banging on the glass telling her to come back and not to do it, to save herself. There had been a breach in oxygen levels in that space and entry into that zone meant certain death…she was past the point of no return. She refused to abandon post and her mission. She suited up and exited the ship to fix what had become lodged in the excavator that prevented it from gathering in the soil and precious gems.
When she finally completed her task, it was as if she was beamed back in on our side. The crewmen had called in medics and as she collapsed on the floor, they loaded her up on a levitating gurney. Amidst great chaos, they led her down a hallway and I followed and observed many coming to her and weeping over her life that would soon end. They parked her gurney along a wall and as everyone ran off, I went to her and took her hand. Her life was quickly draining from her and she weakly said to me, “I did it. I didn’t quit or give in. I completed my mission and gathered ground. Now it’s time for you, the next generation to explore and unpack what has been brought in. It’s your turn to finish what was started.” As she finished her sentence, she took her last breath. Then I awoke.

I sought the Lord for clarity and understanding of what had just taken place. I heard Him say:
“You are stepping into a new day and a new realm. In this new day, you are going to see an increase in futuristic vision. It is a foreshadowing of the day in which we are living in. You see, there is a general excavator who has spent her days unearthing treasures from the future. She has spent her days excavating treasures beyond this earthly realm and bringing them forth for examination and discovery.
There will be a shaking coming soon and you will find that while she is on her final mission, the shaking will not deter her. She possesses laser-like focus that will keep her hand and vision steady, though the world around her be swayed to and fro. She will not drop her mission, nor a single thing she has mined from the deep. Surely, she will gather in a wealth of ground before she falls. Her mission will not fail!
For as she does, she will leave behind a treasure-trove of uncharted soil yet to be discovered or examined. It will take years to unpack all she has received and brought in from the land beyond.
You will see that the shaking did not serve to shake her, but My Church. I am dismantling and casting down the god of performance and the spirit of the antichrist in this shaking; for I can’t stand them taking up residence in My House! They’ve defiled it and blocked the free-flow of My Spirit long enough!
Behold! I am breaking in and I am breaking through! Only what is pure and holy will remain! Only that which I allow will survive. Where this pioneer has plowed the ground into foreign soil, you will see a generation of futuristic innovators rise to take her place. They will gain ground quicker than she and will have beheld more than her eyes have because they are acting together as one body with one mission. They will take what she pioneered and build upon it.”
Amos 9:9 (AMP)
“For behold, I am commanding, and I shall shake and sift the house of Israel among all nations [and cause it to tremble] like grain is shaken in a sieve [removing the chaff], but not a kernel [of the faithful remnant] shall fall to the ground and be lost [from My sight].”
Hosea 10:12 (AMP)
“Sow with a view to righteousness [that righteousness, like seed, may germinate]; Reap in accordance with mercy and lovingkindness. Break up your uncultivated ground, For it is time to seek and search diligently for the LORD [and to long for His blessing] Until He comes to rain righteousness and His gift of salvation on you.”
John 12:24 (MSG)
“Listen carefully: Unless a grain of wheat is buried in the ground, dead to the world, it is never any more than a grain of wheat. But if it is buried, it sprouts and reproduces itself many times over.”
John 12:24 (TPT)
“Let Me make this clear: A single grain of wheat will never be more than a single grain of wheat unless it drops into the ground and dies. Because then it sprouts and produces a great harvest of wheat—all because one grain died.”
