UKRAINE PROPHECY – November 30, 2019
A few days ago, I had a dream and part of it included me being in an airport and heading out to a foreign nation for ministry. As I was walking through the airport headed to my gate, I passed by the doors where incoming flight passengers exit through to leave the airport. For some reason I walked through those doors instead of going to the gate. As soon as the first set of doors shut, I immediately regretted doing so and knew I would have to go through the whole security and checking in process again, afraid that I would run out of time. I ran through it all and ran to the gate. In front of the gate, there was a little gallery set up where I was also teaching prophetic art lessons and had my work on display. On a table was an oversized canvas where I had an unfinished oil painting of a former governmental leader in varying shades of green.
At the end of a second dream that immediately followed, I found myself in a little city center with many roads connecting to it. The shops and colors were vibrant and lively. Suddenly, a little grandmother scampered over to me and in her language, ushered me over to her little shop offering me a drink and bite to eat. I went over to her and she brought me a glass bottle with a bubbly drink of which I struggled getting the lid loose. As I slowly unscrewed it, I sensed the force that was contained in this little bottle and I ran over to the center where I began. I held the bottle away from me, expecting a large explosive mess; and yelled to the friend who was with me, “She’s gonna blow!” Then I came out of the dream and immediately thought, “That’s Little Russia.”
Assuming Little Russia was just another Chinatown or Little Italy, I looked it up. Little Russia is in fact not a little mock town of the original, but an archaic geographical term for Belarus and Ukraine.
Knowing nothing about Ukraine, I began to ask God what He desired to reveal to me and He said:
“I see you and have not forgotten you, Ukraine. I know you better than you know yourself and know who I created you to be.
For though you seemed small and insignificant in the past; I am bringing you up out of isolation and setting you up for promotion. You have fought long and hard for your place, your rightful inheritance; and it will not be taken from you and given to another. In fact, I will cause those who sought to rob you and dethrone you to come and bow before you. Yes, you will receive the honor you deserve and never got.
No longer will the trickster seek to rob you of your place; but will be brought low before Me as I rescue you. Coming is the day when you will see the final deliverance from all who sought to destroy you and lead you away in shackles of submission!
I am stamping My seal of approval on you and you will never again fight for your right. Big brother will no longer loom over you; casting his shadow of intimidation and threat of disqualification.
I say to you, do not cower in fear at what comes; but rise up and stand confidently and boldly before Me that I AM The One Who redeems your past and reinstates you.
Do not dread the legislation that comes your way, but lean into Me and watch as I overthrow every unjust act seeking your demise. Once I set My signet upon a thing, it cannot be revoked, reversed, or removed.”
As the Lord was saying this, I was taken into a vision where I was overlooking the nation of Ukraine. I saw God’s hand pick up His golden signet ring, which has an interchangeable face. He picked up an emblem of a dove with an olive branch in its mouth, and He placed it in the open face of the ring.
Suddenly, an angel came forth and poured red wax over the capital of Kiev and then God stamped His ring into the wax with great force and authority. As He did, a great explosion took place and as He lifted His hand, I saw the seal engraved with the dove. I knew the dove represented Holy Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Then a wave of fire was loosed from the seal that spread out in all directions like ripples in the water, and the entire nation was set ablaze. I could hear the roar and crackling of the blaze as the raging fire lighting up Ukraine’s borders began to spread. I knew that God was marking the nation with Holy Spirit that would usher in the baptism of the fires of Revival; which would begin and spread to the surrounding nations, specifically former Soviet Union-ruled nations.
After this encounter, I began to research the history of Little Russia and discovered a rich Revival history that took place out of this region. The Gospel is first recorded to have been introduced to the people of the region by the Apostle Andrew after the wave of persecution hit Jerusalem and the apostles and believers were sent out.
In the capital of Kiev in the 900’s, a mass Baptism of Kiev Rus’ under the rule of Vladimir the Great transpired. Though the region followed a pagan idol, Vladimir met with many representatives from other religions desiring to worship only one god. Of the Muslims he found there to be “no joy, only sorrow and a great stench.” He rejected Judaism because of their loss of Jerusalem. Seeing German churches, he “found no beauty, only gloom.” His representatives found that at Hagia Sophia, they “no longer knew whether we were in Heaven or on earth; nor such beauty, and we know not how to tell of it.”
Later Vladimir converted to Christianity and was baptized, and then baptized his 12 sons and governmental leaders. He destroyed the idols he erected years before and then sent an edict to all residents of Kiev, “rich, and poor, and beggars, and slaves”, to come be baptized in the river the next day. He then built a church to commemorate the event, as well as another one right on the hill where the idols once stood. Talk about taking back a mountain! This began a wave across the land of mass baptisms and churches being erected where pagan sites once were.
I sought the Lord for revelation about the dreams I had. I believe that walking through the double doors “past the point of no return” symbolized the nature that Ukraine has lived in for what seemed like eons.
But the Lord is saying, “Where you, Ukraine, thought your time was passed, it’s not over yet! I’m setting you on a fast-track and you already have your tickets in hand! You will not miss out on what I am doing and where I am taking you!”
About the artwork in the dream, Ukraine has always possessed a unique gift from the Lord where the arts are concerned. During Stalin’s evil reign, he sought to squelch the freedom of creativity and expression in the arts and literature of the Ukrainians.
The Lord is bringing a fresh wave and freedom of expression with the arts in this new day, drawing specifically from the spiritual roots of the Ukrainians. Fresh pieces and works will begin to surface and arise out of the creative heart of God that will reflect His nature in a new way and many will become world-renowned overnight. He is using the unexpected and unheard of to display His wonders in a greater fashion.
There are wells of Living Water and Revival in Ukraine that have been suppressed and capped for centuries; though mounting pressure has been continually increasing. The Lord is bringing in the change agents to loose the wells and soon, the fires of freedom and Revival will blow!!!
He is setting His seal upon the heart of Ukraine, Kiev. Out of this place will fresh fires go forth in a ripple effect that will not only set Ukraine free and ablaze once and for all, but also blaze the trail for nations once suppressed under the thumb of the evil one to follow.

Then God said to Jacob, “Go up to Bethel and live there, and make an altar there to God, who appeared to you [in a distinct manifestation] when you fled [years ago] from Esau your brother.”Then Jacob said to his household and to all who were with him, “Get rid of the [idols and images of] foreign gods that are among you, and ceremonially purify yourselves and change [into fresh] clothes; then let us get up and go up to Bethel, and I will make an altar there to God, who answered me in the day of my distress and has been with me wherever I have gone.”
So they gave Jacob all the [idols and images of the] foreign gods they had and the rings which were in their ears [worn as charms against evil], and Jacob buried them under the oak tree near Shechem.
As they journeyed, there was a great [supernatural] terror [sent from God] on the cities around them, and [for that reason] the Canaanites did not pursue the sons of Jacob.
So Jacob came to Luz (that is, Bethel), which is in the land of Canaan, he and all the people who were with him. There he built an altar [to worship the LORD ], and called the place El-bethel (God of the House of God), because there God had revealed Himself to him when he escaped from his brother.
Then God [in a visible manifestation] appeared to Jacob again when he came out of Paddan-aram, and declared a blessing on him.
