It was October 11, 2019 and I had already been in Pakistan ministering for a few days. I sat on stage for the second night of a four-day Prayer and Peace Festival expectant of what God was going to do. We had seen miraculous healings, deliverances, and salvations in the days and night before; from blind eyes and deaf ears opened, mute speaking, paralyzed people restored and walking, numerous ailments and cancer healed, and so much more!

I found myself gazing with wonder upon the beautiful Pakistani people gathered from all over the nation, thousands of Muslims and Hindus alike; to hear the Gospel and experience the demonstration of the power of Jesus through signs, wonders, and miracles.

During a divine moment of dwelling in the Presence of God and listening to Charlie preach, I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath of His Spirit. As I did, I immediately went into a trance and no longer could hear anything Charlie was saying, but was completely caught up in what the Lord was showing me.

I saw very plainly through the darkness God’s right hand lifted up and there were three distinctly different colors marked on His hand as if they were painted on His hand. From the middle to the outside of His hand was green; from the middle of His hand to the inside and to the thumb was white; and bordering those colors from the middle of His hand through His fingers was red. I knew instantly by the Spirit that it was the conjoining borders of Pakistan, India, and China; for each color represented one of the distinguishing colors of their flags and they were placed in the same position as they touch on a map. It was as if He lifted His right hand to show me what He has stamped on His hand. He then slammed His hand down and the sound of His hand coming down reverberated throughout time and space with the sound of an explosion, as if He was stamping His seal upon something. I then came out of the trance and back to the reality of 300,000 Pakistani people set before me receiving the Gospel that gives life.

As I began to seek the Lord about what I was shown, I heard His voice saying:

“There is going to be a conjoining agreement released between these three nations. Behold, I am ordaining a new thing completely unheard of. It is a new thing that will cause the entire world to stand in awe.

Out of this place there will be a change agent that will completely change the atmosphere in all three nations. From this place, I will lift My hand of power and bring a unification of three nations.

Where violence and persecution once raged over this region upon the mountains; where competition and possession shrouded the land and loosed the spirit of oppression, will I release the breaker scroll. It will tear down age-old foundations and uproot every evil intention.

Where My people have only known submission, they will soon see a new day when they will live freely in the land I have given them. They will be the ones who possess the land of inheritance and though it make no sense how after all this time that they could be in this place; it will be because I have caused these three nations to find a middle ground and caused them to become united upon a higher purpose.

Where they fought to expel you, now they will unite to reinstate you. A cord of three strands is not easily broken and this divine alliance will bring about a greater purpose of force of fulfillment of My plans for this region.”

As the Lord spoke, I could see and discern the region of Kashmir and knew He was speaking of the decades-long conflict over the Himalayan mountain range. There has been a near 80 year-long conflict over the mountainous region of Kashmir with Pakistan, India, and even China all fighting over possession of the land. It has resulted in numerous wars and the Kashmiri people are suffering under the oppression, being displaced, and violence and death has left its mark.

Isaiah 49:16 (AMP) tells us, “Indeed, I have inscribed [a picture of] you on the palms of My hands; Your city walls [Zion] are continually before Me.” One version says He’s “painted”.

I prophesy to you, Kashmir:
Where you have been at a loss of your place like war-torn wanderers desperate for establishment; so will the Lord do a new thing through you and for you. The impossible made possible. He has not forgotten about you and who you are, for He has painted you upon His palm.

A day is coming when a trumpet will sound in the heavens calling forth the unfurling of the scroll of deliverance and establishment that has already been stamped with His seal and thrusted forth with the power of His right arm. This decree, says the Lord, is an unstoppable force and will link together unsuspecting forces for My name’s sake.

Like the unlikely unification of three kings for a greater purpose is Elisha’s day, so will you see an agreement be made among three nations vying for possession of your high places. They will find a greater and unusual reason for unifying not against you, but for you. It will make no sense in the eyes of the world or the wisdom of man. But I will cause that which looks foolish in the eyes of man to confound the wise; and as I do so, I will make you a sovereign land. You will once again inhabit your Promised Land freely and I will return to you your identity and restore your borders. You will never again be dispossessed; for you will find your lost ones returning to you and I will fulfill My promise to you, says the Lord.

“Your children, your builders, are running back to you as those who ruined and destroyed you are running away. Lift up your head and look all around you. See! All your children, your builders, gather to come back to you. As surely as I live, I make this promise,” says Yahweh. “You will wear them all like jewels, as a radiant bride wears her beautiful jewelry!”
