On Wednesday of last week during my prayer time in preparation for The Send, I was led by Holy Spirit to begin praying out and prophesying Psalm 68.

Psalm 68:1 (TPT)
“God! Arise with awesome power, and every one of Your enemies will scatter in fear!”
V. 3-4 – “But let all Your godly lovers be glad! Yes, let them all rejoice in Your Presence and be carried away with gladness. Let them laugh and be radiant with joy! Let them sing their celebration-songs for the coming of the Cloud Rider Whose name is Yah!” 

I began to see in this passage what He has been showing me for some time as He rides among the clouds, among the wave that is coming. We as His Sent Ones have a reason to rejoice as He not only has gone before us, but He leads the charge, and also goes with us covering us as we GO! 

The next few verses really got me and happen to be completely in line with what took place at The Send. We committed to take up at least one mission field to accomplish His commission in the earth and to see it set ablaze: Neighborhoods, High Schools, Universities, ending the orphan crisis and placing all orphans into homes through the Spirit of Adoption, and finally, the nations. None of this can be accomplished if we do not Carry His Love with us. We are the Harbingers of Hope going into all the earth to declare that LOVE IS ON THE WAY!!!

As you read these next passages, I strongly encourage you if you haven’t already, to read them slowly and really allow them to sink in until they mark you and become your reality unto commission and action marked with compassion.

V. 5-6 – “To the fatherless He is a Father. To the widow He is a Champion Friend. To the lonely He makes them part of a family. To the prisoners He leads into prosperity until they sing for joy. This is our Holy God in His Holy Place! But for the rebels there is heartache and despair.”
V. 7-8 – “O Lord, it was You Who marched in front of Your people, leading them through the wasteland. The earth shook beneath Your feet; the Heavens filled with clouds before the Presence of the God of Sinai. The sacred mountain shook at the sight of the face of Israel’s God.”

These are the desires of His heart; to be a Father to the orphans, a Faithful Lover and Husband to the lonely and widows, a Restorer of families, a Liberator, Provider, and Joy-giver. The beautiful thing in all of this is that He has called us to partner with Him to establish these desires into reality and fruitfulness!

It was in the secret place of prophesying these things forth into existence that I got to verse 9 and 10. I began to see the manifestation of a small cluster of clouds swirling into a culmination of storm clouds as with Elijah in 1 Kings 18. Then a song came forth,

The winds are blowing, do you feel it now, do you feel it now?
The clouds are stirring, do you perceive it now, do you perceive it now?
The storm is rolling in, do you hear it now, do you hear it now?
The rains are here, can you feel it upon your skin now?

V. 9-10 – “You, O God, sent the reviving rain upon Your weary inheritance, showers of blessing to refresh it. So there Your people settled. And in Your kindness You provided the poor with abundance.”

I believe we saw this storm manifest at The Send. Within the first 10 minutes of being there, I found myself unable to stand under the weight of His Presence and the awareness of His nearness in that stadium left me trembling, crumpled in a ball on the turf crying out, “HOLY!” During that precious moment, I recognized something in my altered state of being present among thousands of Burning Ones and being wholly and solely in the Throneroom before my King. A single drop upon my head. That single drop resided with me the entire day. I knew the rains would come; and indeed, they did.

Sixty thousand lovers stood out in the ridiculous heat, and having spent the majority of the time on the turf (including being unable to replenish water sources for some time), we did indeed become a parched and weary people; yet all persisted unwaveringly before the Lamb Who is worthy! I truly believe the persistence bore fruit. There came a moment when we cried out to Him for the nations and gave Him our “YES!”, that we would GO! Following this marking moment came a transition that was obvious in the Spirit. We gave Him our adoration and as a blessing, He fulfilled His promise to send His reviving rains. In the physical as well as the spiritual, they felt to be strengthening and refreshing unto commissioning.

When He sends the rains of His Spirit and of outpouring, we must recognize it as a holy, marking moment and abide in it until The Sending. 

Back a few days before when I had been prophesying Psalm 68, I had no idea what He planned to do; and I am left reeling and in a perpetual state of awe and wonder. At the time of praying those words forth, the Lord led me to the page before in Psalm 67. I believe that this was the release after the rains!

Psalm 67 (TPT)
“God, keep us near Your mercy-fountain and bless us! And when You look down on us, may Your face beam with joy!”

V. 2-5 – “SEND US OUT ALL OVER THE WORLD SO THAT EVERYONE EVERYWHERE WILL DISCOVER YOUR WAYS AND KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND SEE YOUR POWER TO SAVE.
Let all the nations burst forth with praise; let everyone everywhere love and enjoy You!
Then how glad the nations will be when You are their King. They will sing, they will shout, for You give true justice to the people. Yes! You, Lord, are the Shepherd of the nations! No wonder the peoples praise You! Let all the people praise You more!”

V. 6-7 – THE HARVEST OF THE EARTH IS HERE! God, the very God we worship, keeps us satisfied at His banquet of blessings. And the blessings keep coming!
Then all the ends of the earth will give Him the honor He deserves and be in awe of Him!”

This is The Send. 

We believe that a wave was started that day and that it was only the beginning on the war on inaction. The rains of outpouring were only a glimpse in the coming world-wide Jesus movement. Today, we along with 18,000 others at The Send and world-wide have begun a 40-day Jesus Fast from March 1-April 9 to contend for Jesus, The Evangelist to sweep across the nations. It is promised us in Psalm 133, where there is unity, He commands a blessing! What we do in seizing this kairos moment will mark the futures of our children and shift the world in which they will live in. My prayer is that they enter a world that is on fire for Jesus in manifestation of Luke 12:49.

Please join us in praying these things forth and know that no nation is too dark for Jesus to reach! Set your face like flint in prayer, action, being His hands and feet; and do not relent until there’s breakthrough!!!

Psalm 2:7-9 (TPT)
“I will reveal the eternal purpose of God. For He has decreed over me, ‘You are My favored Son. And as your Father I have crowned you as My King Eternal. Today I became your Father. Ask Me to give you the nations and I will do it, and they shall become your legacy. Your domain will stretch to the ends of the earth. And you will shepherd them with unlimited authority, crushing their rebellion as an iron rod smashes jars of clay!'”
